To become a respected player you need to gain reputation. Reputation are only given by
admins. Admins has the power to both give positive reputation, but also negative.

-When you got 20 in reputation you will gain Respected Player level 1.

-When you got 30 in reputation you will gain Respected Player level 2.

-When you got 50 in reputation you will gain Respected Player level 3.

**If you are level 3 respected player, and you suddenly get a negative reputation which means you have under 200 reps then you get automatically demoted to rep level 2.
