Ban Appeals

Hello.

The Administrator Team together with the Management Team has decided to do some changes with the Ban Appeals.

We have performed the following changes:
- You can only view your own ban appeal. This means you can't view other people's ban appeal. 
- Administrator Team can view all appeals obviously.
- Permanent Bans are available for everyone.
