New User Control Panel (03.10.2012)

Hello.

The new User Control Panel (UCP) is now done. It's setted up easier to manage & use. It has some new features & new stuff for you.

I've been working on this new ucp for a while now. I said before that King_Hual would be making the new ucp but that changed. This new ucp is made by me and some stuff made by Dimi.

The higer level you got the more access & abilities you got. If you are vip you have ability to use a vip control panel which brings a lot of features.
Currently the "Change name" part isn't up. We are working at this part still to make it better & perfect for usage.

We hope you like this new panel and if you have suggestions don't hasitate to suggest them in "Suggestions" or to Beremix.

I'm editing most of the panel now. It will look way better when I finish it. You will see some weird things in next 2-3 days but it will all be good.Ex. You'll see 2 logos now. I will remove black letters tomorrow and standard logo from hompage will stay.
