Server Rules Mini Games Server:

1) Use of cheats and/or modifications that give advantages over other players.
Any kind of cheats or modifications that give advantages over other players are forbidden.
The following modifications are forbidden in our server: Crashes.asi, Ping Amplifier, Ped.ifp, Samp addon.
Attempting to hack our network or tools will be punished with a permanent ban & firewall.

Punishment:
#First offence: 2 weeks ban
#Second offence: a month ban
#Third offence: a month ban
#Account reset can be used if you've gained a lot of stats with cheats. This is handled individually by the Unban Appeal Supervisor.


2) Use of swearing and/or misbehaving words is forbidden
Insulting other players in either english / other languages is forbidden.
Racist opinions and discussions are not allowed in our server.
Insulting family, gender or sexuality of any players is not acceptable at all.
If you have a negative opinion about the server, then we ask to keep it for yourself, or post it in the correct boards in the forum to address it.
All players are welcome here. We treat the players and the admins nice. This also means that you should not bully other players.
In our server we got no tolerance of religion chats. Keep it out of the game. This also means we don't say common words in different religions, like "Allah Akbar / Allahu Akbar" or "Jesus", "God" and things like that. We don't want those here.
Sexual harassment to the opposite/same gender is forbidden. We expect you to treat everyone nicely and equally.
Disrespecting and provoking players because of their sexual orientation is strictly forbidden.
Sexual behavior regarding both male/female are forbidden. Players don't have to either prove their gender, sexual orientation etc..
Nobody is interested in knowing about people's private area. Keep it for yourself.
Tips: Think before speaking. There are both female & male players here. We want both genders playing here, so don't discriminate them just because they are either girl/boy.
Private stuff are meant to be private. So if you ask for someone's social accounts, then one time is enough.

Punishment:
#First - 10th offence: Warning and/or mute
# After 10th warning you are banned for a week.
#All cases are handled individually by the Admin Team with either warning or mute.
#Some cases can be punished with a temp ban of some days, or a week ban for the hardest insults.


3) Advertisement is forbidden
Advertising other SA:MP servers in our server is forbidden.
Advertising anything non-related to our server is forbidden.

Punishment:
#First offence: 2 weeks ban
#Second offence: a month ban
#Third offence: a month ban


4) Bug abusing is forbidden
Bugs should be reported on the forum. Abusing these bugs is forbidden.
Abusing general sa-mp bugs/ server bugs / gta bugs is forbidden.
G-abuse , R-bug and floor bug is forbidden in our server.
Usage of slide-bug is forbidden in Zombie Games.
Use of animations to avoid death or loose health is forbidden.
C-bug & 2-shots (sawnoff) is allowed in this server.

Punishment:
#First offence: 1 week ban
#Second offence: 2 weeks ban
#Third offence: a month ban


5) Going away from keyboard (AFK) at checkpoints is forbidden.
Going AFK or pausing in Last Man Standing (LMS), Last Team Standing (LTS), Derby or Zombie (as human) is strictly forbidden.
Going AFK or pausing while on the checkpoint during Breaking or Bombing games, or while carrying an item in Delivering games / Capture The Flag is forbidden.
Going AFK or pausing on spawn (and blocking it) is also forbidden
Being AFK for too long time (taking up server slots) is forbidden. We ask, to respect others, to don't stay AFK for longer than 15 minutes.

Punishment:
#First offence: warning & kick
#Second offence: Ban of 3 days
#Third offence: A week ban


6) Spamming or flooding the chat is forbidden
Spamming and/or flooding the chat is forbidden.
Use of keybinds is forbidden

Punishment:
#First offence: Warning and/or mute
#Second offence: Warning and/or mute or kick
#Third offence: Warning and/or mute
Ban can be used in extreme cases. Use of keybinds are punished with a kick. If repeated ban of 1 week.


7) Blocking is forbidden
Blocking in races or parkours is forbidden.
Blocking checkpoints in Breaking or Stealing is forbidden.
Blocking vehicles in front of checkpoints is not allowed.

#Third offence: Warning and kick


8) Camping is forbidden.
Zombie/LTS/LMS: Staying at the same position over time is forbidden.
Camping is forbidden in derbies. You should participate in the derby and ram others around you, also you shouldn't run away.

Punishment:
#First offence: Warning and kill
#Second offence: Warning and kill
#Third offence: Warning and kick


9) Money Farming is forbidden
Farming money for own gain is forbidden.
Cases related to money farming will be handled by the Management Team.
Example of money farming: 1- player x bets on player y in a race, player x lets player y win so he will win the bet as well.  2- player x bets on player y in a dm, player x lets player y kill him many times so he will win the bet.
3- player x bets on a player y who is hacking in a dm/derby/lms/races so he wins the bet

Punishment:
#First offence: Ban of a week and money reset
#Second offence: Ban of 2 weeks and money reset
#Third offence: Ban of a month and money reset


10) Illegal nicknames are forbidden
Do not include swear / racist names / insulting words in your name.
Your name shouldn't either contain any web urls or anything that can link to anything not related to MG. This means that use of domain name or "www" in your name is forbidden.
Admins can rename players who have less than 500 score if needed.

Punishment:
#You will be forced to rename and kicked until you rename. After 3 kicks, then you will be banned.


11) Abusing as a VIP is forbidden
Being a vip does NOT make you immune against the server rules. You got the same rules as anyone else.
Abusing vip commands for own gain & purpose to either win the game / win the game faster is forbidden.
Farming money by being AFK for hours is forbidden.
Barrels are used for fun. But we ask you to please behave with those.
Barrels should not be used in the start or in the end of the race. They shouldn't either be used to block small paths.
Barrels should not be created in a checkpoint.

Punishment:
Abusing of vip rules is punished with a warning. If abused several times then it can result in a VIP removal. This is handled by the Server Owner



Other rules:
- Repeatedly spawn killing is forbidden. You are allowed to spawn-kill once but spawn-killing all of the time is forbidden. You will be punished with warn and/or kick.
- Deathmatching in Races is forbidden and it can be punished with warn and/or kick.
- Avoiding to being killed by suiciding, relogging or use of commands is also forbidden. You will be punished with warning and/or kick.
- Impersonating staff is forbidden and it will be punished with a ban of a week.
- Wasting admins' time will be punished with a kick. In extreme cases with a temp ban of 5 days.
- Toys should not be bigger than your skin. Doing this will result in a warning. If warning doesn't help, you will be forced to remove it with a ban until a manager can reset it.
- Attempting to login to rcon will instantly result in a ban by the server. You will stay banned for 2 weeks.
- Teaming in games where there is no-respawn is forbidden. It means that you should also kill friends and/or clan members. Admins will warn players caught teaming.
- Attempting to steal other accounts are punished with a month ban. Accounts are private and should not be shared with others.
- There can be max 3 accounts per IP adress. If found more, then all of the accounts on the IP adress will be removed unless legit reason is given. This is handled by the Server Owner.
- It's forbidden to ask admins to set the next game. Players above rank 2 can use /requestgame once per day.


Notes:
- If you receive 10 warnings, you will be automatically banned. You will remain banned for 1 week after the ban appeal is submitted. If you get unbanned but you accumulate another 10 warnings, your ban time will be doubled. Your warnings are reset when you get unbanned. Using another account in order to avoid getting more warns is bannable.
- Evading bans will be punished with a ban of 1 month. If you keep ban evading, it will result in a Range ban. If you continue to ban evade after Range ban, you will be punished with Permanent ban.
- Permanent bans can only be enforced by the Management Team and will be imposed when required. Being permanently banned means you are also firewalled from the server.
- If you are banned, you won't be unbanned unless you make an unban appeal.
- Hiding ban evaders will be punished with a ban.
- Bans will never be cleared from your account.
- Interfering with, lying to, and/or annoying admins while they do their job will not be tolerated.
- It is forbidden to attack administrators while they are on duty. You will be punished with a drop and/or freeze, or even warn in extreme cases.
- Cookies will be given out for good behavior.
- Our ping limit is 500.

UPDATE 19/03-2016:
New rule added:
- Toys should not be bigger than your skin. Doing this will result in a warning. If warning doesn't help you will be forced to remove it with a ban untill a manager can reset it.

UPDATE 21/04-2016:
New rule added to: "Other Rules":
- Attempting to login to rcon will instantly result in a ban by the server. You will stay banned for 2 weeks.

New rule added:
- Usage of slide-bug in zombie games is forbidden. You will be punished with a kick. If repeated; ban of 1 week.
We won't be that "strict" on it in the beginning. But after some weeks, we will punish with ban if you repeat it.

- Players gaining a lot of score by either using aimbot, rapid fire or auto c-bug will have half of their score reset. This is handled individual by the Unban Appeal Supervisor.

- Discussing religions or stuff related to religions are forbidden. You will be warned and/or muted for doing it. In extreme cases where warning has been given several times you can end up getting banned for 1 week.

We have seen too much abuse of this word. Therefore, it's now completly forbidden.

- Management Team can read private messages. Private messages are not logged but we read them if needed.
- All cases related to sexual harrasment will be handled by a member of the Management Team.
- Punishments given by the Management Team are handled differently according to the case. But punishments can be like; a week ban and in the most extreme cases; 2 weeks ban.
- Players discussion about sexual orientation or sexual stuff will be asked to speak about this somewhere else. If not; you will be muted.
- We're a sa-mp server. We don't want sexual discussions here. Doing it will result in a mute and/or warning.

Other Rules:
- Bullying other players will not be tolerated. We expect you to treat everyone nicely and equaly. You will be asked to stop. If continuing you will be punished with a warning and/or mute.

UPDATE 14/08-2016:


New rule added:
- Teaming in games where there is no-respawn is forbidden. You should kill friends, clan members and everyone. Admins will warn players caught teaming.

New rule added:
- Being afk for too long time (taking up server slots) is forbidden. We ask for respect that you are not afk for longer than 15 minutes. If you are cought being afk for longer than 15 minutes you will be kicked by an admin.
