It's time to move on

Hello.

Via this thread I want to inform the community regarding whats going to happen in our community during the next month / half year. We are in need to do several changes to meet activity level in sa-mp. I'm not happy to present these changes, but it's my duty as the Server Owner & Community Owner to present this to you all. 

The playercount of sa-mp is going down, and it has gone down a lot since the last year. And we need to meet the future. Sa-mp can no longer handle two mission servers, and that's also view of our playercount. When I'm writing this thread then the average playercount of MG & ** are the following. These numbers are based on the last 30 days.
MG: 4.35 players
**: 0.95 players

**** ********:
Mini Misions is suffering most. Therefore the Management Team has decided that we are gonna shut down **** ********. At the same time we will be moving **** ******** into Mini Games Server by merging these two servers. This idea wasn't by me, but it's a manager of ** who has been there since ages who suggested it. The whole Management Team has agreed to the idea, therefore we are doing it. The missions of ** won't be lost. They will be moved over to MG.

Mini Games Server:
As **** ******** will be merging into Mini Games Server, then there will be several changes to Mini Games Server. The changes should benefit both servers, which means some features that ** has will be moved to MG.
Things are still really basic, as we haven't decided everything, but we are working on it. We will be attempting to make MG a no restart server. This is just a plan, but we can't promise if it's gonna be successfull or not.

6 months plan:
01.09.2019: 
- The Management Team will have a plan ready for what features that ** has that will be put on MG.
- MG games will be completly rescripted, so everything that's possible is dynamic. This will make things way better.
- The new Management Team will be ready with the new tasks of everyones duties.
- Decison of c-bug will be finished. Probably a poll.

01.10.2019:
- **** ******** will close down. This is the last day it will be online.
- Testing of the rescripting of MG should start. Only launched without bugs. 

01.11.2019:
- The rescripting of MG should be completed, and everything should be running without bugs.

01.12.2019:
- All missions of ** should be completly moved over. We will be starting already in September on moving the missions.

Some questions to be answered:
Most ** players hates c-bug, will MG forbid it?
Things ain't decided about it. I assume that it will be enabled. An idea can be to keep it enabled for MG games and disabled in ** missions. I don't know how success that will be..

What happens with the missions of **?
We will move the missions of ** over to MG. This means the MG players will see a lot of new missions and new mission types. I believe this will be fun.

Won't be it too much with 800 games/missions?
Yes, it's a lot. So, at the same time as we are rewriting the missions, then we will be checking if there are missions with bad reputations that can be removed at the same time.

What about GTA v?
We are still planning to launch a GTA V server if it's possible. If it will be mission themed we don't know, as there are nobody here who has knownlegde of scripting with GTA V, as it's not the same system as in sa-mp.

IRC or Discord?
We will plan to move to Discord completly, and stop using IRC. This needs some serious checking, but that's our goal.

What happens with accounts?
We will be trying to move them over. 

What about vips?
If you are vip on **, then you will get the same vip on MG.

Is ** for sale?
No, it's not.

For me i always wanted to going ** but i couldn't just start over in there ( Score , players .. etc ) .
i wonder how it will be with that huge number of admins , i mean is there a plan to remove some ?

I was always wondering why it wasn't done before as both servers are kinda similar, i'm sure it will be better for everyone.

I'd consider using RageMP then, the UI is more or less similar to how SAMP works so it increases familiarity for existing players + its very stable compared to FiveM
