New manager: Tokkor

I am glad to announce that we just added a new addition to our management team:
Tokkor

His main roles will be:
* Event managing
* Server managing
* Forum managing
* Hiring new administrators

The role event managing is a new role to our server. We hope this role will be a funny one and can help making the game a bit more funny. Addition to this role we have also created a new board called "Events" where you can find weekly events / daily events.. Comes on what Tokkor wants to do
