New User Control Panel (03.10.2012)

Update 31.10.2012

- Added Last panel login to myself.
- Added "Account configuration" to myself.
- Added "buy vip" so you need to be logged into the ucp to buy vip.
- Edited on rcon attempts so you can press on the ip.
- Edited on Rcon Attemps so you can ban users for "Rcon hacking" (For level 4).
- Added password protection to enter "Management Team panel"
- Added password protection to enter "Admin control panel" - Same password as the ingame one.
- Added change email so you can assign email to your account. (We are adding forgotten password soon so you need to have an assigned email to your account for this to work.)
- Added "Unban player" to the acp. (You can still unban from playerinfo.)
- Added "Setup signature" to the myself so you can setup your own designe & color to your live signature.
- Added snow to all pages.
- Added "Problems logging in? Contact us" to the front page on the ucp.
- Added "Rangeban list" to the acp so admins can view the rangeban list.
