-> Fixed some bugs. Like vip spawn bug, anti air break, lagg problem..
-> When you recieve 10 warnings you'll be temp banned for 4 days.
-> Changed killing spree. "20 kills" = Total Recall. "25 kills" = Chuck Norris.
-> You get bonus of 5000 money when reaching a spree bonus. At 20 / 25 kills you get 10000 money.
-> Added check so you can't get killing spree when using vehicles.
-> Added info about exp-gaming into /help
-> Added a new /shop system
-> We now use sa-mp 0.3z version.
-> Added check so you won't get VIP money if afk and same with Online Time.
-> Added anti advertisment! If you advertisment = Instant ban!
-> New manager: Tokkor! His main role is events managing!

SA-MP 0.3z updates

SA-MP 0.3z is mainly a security update for the SA-MP 0.3 branch. We've managed to include a few features and fixes too.

- An optional lag compensation mode improves shooting accuracy.
- New server callbacks allow greater control over weapons and vehicles.
- Network statistics functions will make it easier to admin servers.
- Many minor security updates for both the client and server.
